Lemon Baked Beefsteak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. chuck steak
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large lemon, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
1 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Wipe steak with damp cloth or paper towel.
Place in large baking dish or Dutch oven.
Rub both sides with softened butter or margarine.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with lemon and onion slices.
