Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. sausage
    1 chopped onion
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    cabbage
    2 qt. tomato juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    4 medium pork chops
Preparation
    Boil cabbage for 5 minutes. Drain.
    Mix ground beef, sausage, onion and rice.
    Make into balls and wrap with cabbage leaves. Hold together with toothpicks.
    Make a broth of tomato juice, sugar and vinegar.
    Put pork chops in broth, bring to boil.
    Drop cabbage rolls into broth.
    Simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
