Italian Ham Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 sticks pepperoni, sliced
    1 lb. ham, cut in small pieces
    1 lb. hard salami, cut in small pieces
    1 doz. eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    parsley
    1 c. grated cheese
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and fill pie crusts (top and bottom crust). Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 pies.
