Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or powder)
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices (if smooth, do not peel)
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Dredge potatoes in mixture. Layer potatoes in a Pam-sprayed 2-quart casserole dish.
    Drizzle margarine (melted) over potatoes.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Sprinkle more garlic salt over potatoes after you put them in pan (if desired).
    (Can be cut larger than French fries.)
