Creamy Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, optional
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Cook together, brown sugar, sugar, milk, and cream of tartar stirring constantly until firm soft boil stage. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans; beat. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased wax paper or foil that has been buttered.
