Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    oil
Preparation
    Combine
    flour,
    water
    and salt and beat until smooth. Beat in
    eggs
    one
    at a time.
    Heat a 5 or 6-inch skillet and grease with
    a
    few drops of oil.
    Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter
    in hot
    skillet
    and
    roll
    around
    pan to distribute evenly.
    Cook on low heat until firm.
    Do not brown.
    Turn and cook
    lightly
    on other side.
    Do not grease skillet a second time.
    Makes 12 to 14 manicotti shells.
