Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded
    milk
    flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    12 oz. jar Heinz homestyle chicken gravy
    2 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    2/3 c. milk
    sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Dip chicken in milk, then flour.
    Saute in oil.
    Remove chicken and pour off fat.
    In the same pan, saute the mushrooms in butter.
    Add wine, mustard, milk and gravy and simmer for 1 minute.
    Add chicken and simmer for 5 minutes, uncovered.
    Very good.
    I serve with rice or noodles.
