Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, diced round
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 small onions, cut in rings
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together and marinate 24 hours.
