Canned Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mustard
    1 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 gal. chopped cabbage
    1 1/2 bell peppers
    3 carrots, chopped
    3 onions
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together the mustard, vinegar and sugar.
    Bring to a boil. Add cabbage and other ingredients.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal.
