Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pieces haddock
    1 1/2 pkg. Town House crackers, crushed
    4 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Grease pan with Crisco.
    Lady haddock in pan.
    Mix together the Town House crackers (crushed), melted butter and Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour over haddock.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
