Baked King Or Spanish Mackerel(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fillets (weighing 9 to 12 oz. each and up)
    olive oil
    salt
    butter
    paprika
    milk
Preparation
    Brush the fish lightly with olive oil.
    Sprinkle well with salt.
    Place portions close together in a well-buttered pan. Sprinkle cut portions with paprika.
    Pour hot milk in the pan to the depth of 1/2-inch.
    Place in oven heated to 350\u00b0 and bake until the fish is browned on top.
    Baste 3 to 4 times during the baking.
