Salmon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon, drained and deboned
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 small grated onions
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. nuts, chopped
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except nuts and parsley.
    Make into ball.
    Roll in nuts mixed with parsley.
    Wrap and chill.
