Ingredients

1 c. rice
3/4 c. sugar
2 qt. milk
margarine
cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Put rice in large casserole dish; add sugar and 2 quarts milk and stir.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and add raisins.
Add several chunks of butter (about 1/3 cup).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or when rice is done.
Stir occasionally or use wire whisk to make it creamy.
You may have to add milk.
Do not let pudding go dry.
Last, add vanilla.
