Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 can Hunt's Manwich sandwich sauce mix
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. chili powder
    6 corn tortillas
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet until beef loses redness; drain fat.
    Add seasonings, Manwich and water; simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    In a 2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese until all used up. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
