Chocolate Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 whole eggs
1 1/4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats and cool.
Mix other ingredients in order given and beat well.
Bake in flat pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
