Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-sized head cabbage, shredded
1 stick butter or oleo
3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 to 1 c. half and half cream
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add cabbage.
Stir and let butter cover all the cabbage well.
Cook about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and cream.
Mix well.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes.
Do not overcook.
