Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet and hot sausage, cooked
    2 onions, diced
    2 green peppers, diced
    4 c. beef broth
    1 3/4 c. red wine (boil off alcohol)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    oregano and basil to season
    28 oz. crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Place
    all ingredients in pot.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 pound of spirals or bows.
    Simmer until noodles are cooked. May put in crock-pot and simmer all day.
    Put noodles in 2 hours before serving.
