Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans Italian tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
-
Saute garlic in large skillet briefly.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
Leftovers may be frozen for future use.
