My Rolls(Yield: 80 Pocketbook Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. tepid water
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 1/2 c. sifted flour (plain)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; pour boiling water over this. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to first mixture.
    Cool a little; combine, then add eggs.
    Slowly add flour (about 4 cups), then beat thoroughly, slowly adding remaining flour (2 1/2 cups). Place in large greased bowl in refrigerator overnight to rise. Cover with plastic wrap.
    (Could be used in a few hours.)
