Seafood Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen cod
    1 lb. shrimp
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. half and half
    1 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen Alaskan crab
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    3/4 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. pimentos (for color)
Preparation
    Cut fish into bite size pieces.
    Shell and devein shrimp, if using fresh.
    In margarine, cook the mushrooms until tender; remove to bowl.
    Melt 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Blend and cook 1 minute.
    Stir in half and half and milk. Stir until smooth.
    Add fish, shrimp, peas, crab, sherry and mushrooms.
    Cook until fish flakes easily.
    Add cheese and pimentos.
    Simmer gently 5 minutes.
    Serve over biscuits.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 8.
