Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes
    2 slices bread
    chopped onion
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 diced green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. margarine
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes with the skins on, then peel potatoes. Crumble the bread.
    Place all ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover with 1-inch of milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
