Angel Hair With Prosciutto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh mushrooms
6 plum tomatoes (about 3/4 lb.)
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto
1/2 lb. snow pea pods
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta (capellini)
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rinse the mushrooms, dry and cut caps into thin strips.
Core the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
Cut Prosciutto into very thin strips.
Put snow peas in a saucepan and add water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer one minute.
Drain.
