Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli, omitting salt.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Place broccoli in baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch).
    Stir together the soup and shredded cheese.
    Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
