Nana'S Israel Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 to 2 chopped onions
    1 can corned beef
    1 bell pepper or 1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    3 potatoes, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 pinch of chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to boil.
    Add onions, corned beef and potatoes. When potatoes are almost done, add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
