Chocolate Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together, then add in 6 syrup cans of water.
    Mix and put in containers to freeze or store in large plastic ice cream container.
    Makes 5 gallons.
