Persimmon Pudding(This Is A Good Thanksgiving And Autumn Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. persimmons, mashed
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. butter
    4 whole eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Strain persimmons and milks through a sieve.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until it shrinks away from sides of the pan.
