Ingredients

1 C. shortening
1 C. granulated sugar
1 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. corn flakes
1 C. coconut
1 C. pecan pieces
Preparation

Cream together shortening and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla, blend well.
Add dry mixture and mix well.
Stir in corn flakes, coconut, and pecans.
On baking sheet drop teaspoon size balls of cookie dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes.
Flatten slightly with a fork when you take them from the oven.
Cool.
