Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. canned milk
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add pumpkin gradually, alternating with milk.
Mix sugar and spices together and add.
Add melted butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shells and bake in hot oven for few minutes, then bake in a slow oven, about 325\u00b0, until firm.
Makes 2 large pies.
