Chicken Casserole(One Dish Meal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced poultry (light or dark meat)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. light sour cream
2 cans peas and carrots, drained
2 1/2 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix poultry, sour cream, soup and vegetables in a large bowl. Using vegetable cooking spray, spray a large 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle one cup stuffing mix on bottom of casserole.
Pour in chicken soup mixture.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.
Dot with butter to taste, as desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly in center.
Serves 6 to 8.
Is good with a salad.
