Butterscotch Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. Mother's oats (oatmeal)
    1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
    1 c. nuts, raisins or dates
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured 8 3/4 x 4 1/2-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
