All White Meat Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 egg
    vegetable oil
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. sesame seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
    Heat 3 inches oil in large saucepan until 375\u00b0.
    Adjust heat to maintain temperature.
    Beat eggs and water in large bowl.
    Add flour, sesame seeds and salt. Stir until well mixed.
    Dip chicken pieces into batter.
    Fry chicken a few at a time for about 4 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
