Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potatoes (enough for 6 servings)
    4 oz. carton whipped cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley or parsley flakes
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to package directions, omitting the butter.
    After adding the potatoes, mix in whipped cream cheese and beat well.
    Stir in egg, onion and snipped parsley or parsley flakes.
    Blend.
    Transfer to a well greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
