Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. blackberries
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a saucepan, heat blackberries and 1 cup sugar until boiling.
    Set aside.
    In a baking dish (approximately 8 x 8-inch), melt 1/2 stick of butter.
    In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour and milk to make batter.
    Next, pour batter over melted butter, then pour the blackberries over the top of the batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown and bubbly (30 to 45 minutes).
