Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, medium to large
2 slices onion, chopped
1 qt. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Dice potatoes, cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until potatoes are soft. In large pan, melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth.
Add milk and stir constantly over medium heat until thickened and smooth. Add potato mixture and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
