Grandma'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation
    Combine
    the
    eggs,
    oil and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add the flour, baking
    powder, cinnamon and salt and continue beating until well blended.
    When batter is smooth, stir in the grated carrots.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake
    pans.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0
    for
    40 to 45 minutes, or until a wooden
    pick
    inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans
    10
    minutes.
    Remove from
    pans and let cool completely before
    icing.
