Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    All ingredients should be room temperature.
    Beat eggs until light and thick.
    Add flour and 1/3 cup milk.
    Beat slowly 30 seconds, gradually adding remaining milk and oil.
    Beat 1 to 2 minutes.
    Place 4 tablespoons hot meat drippings into a hot 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Pour in batter and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot from oven with gravy.
