Coffee Cake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 well beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients until moist.
Combine the next 5 ingredients.
Place 1/2 of the batter in muffin pan; sprinkle cinnamon mixture over top.
Cover with batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
