Kifta(Syrian Flat Meat Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. finely ground lamb meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped parsley leaves

Preparation

Mix ingredients well and spread in pan.
Bake in hot oven, over 450\u00b0, until browned.
