Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. molasses
7/8 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. flour (white or whole wheat)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt butter; add molasses, sugar, eggs, vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients; stir after each 1/2 cup only enough to blend.
Fold in 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Pour into well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cut in squares.
