Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
-
Cook broccoli, chopped onions and chicken broth in medium/large kettle on stove top until broccoli is tender.
Reduce heat and add melted butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper and grated cheese gradually until all cheese is melted and stir the whole time to keep from sticking to pan.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Great with cornbread.
