Cheese Burger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 large eggs
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 heads lettuce
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    12 to 16 pickles, sliced
Preparation
    Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
    Cook and stir in beef and onions into pan.
    Drain and stir in salt and pepper.
    Pour into plate.
    Beat the Bisquick, eggs and milk until almost smooth. Pour into plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with tomatoes and cheese.
    Bake for 8 minutes.
    Top with lettuce and pickles. Serve.
