Perfect Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan combine the first four ingredients. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Cook to hard ball stage without stirring.
Remove from heat.
