Potato And Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, peeled potatoes
    4 c. chopped onions
    water to cover
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. hot milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and onions in a large saucepan.
    Cover with water and bring to a boil.
    Cook until tender.
    Mash all or part of vegetables through a sieve if a smooth soup is desired.
