Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

1/2 c. Puritan oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
Preparation

Combine oil and next 7 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides.
Refrigerate for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.
