Corn Freezing Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 cups corn (cut off cob)
    5 cups ice water (water should be very cold)
    1/4 cup salt
    1/4 to 3/4 cup of sugar (to individual taste)
Preparation
    Mix well, put in container and freeze.
    Blanching is not required.
    Thaw and pour off excess water before cooking.
