Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, well mashed
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a loaf pan.
Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large bowl.
Stir in the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Add the walnuts and blend.
Put the batter in the pan and bake for one hour.
Remove from the pan to a rack. Serve still warm or cooled, as you like it.
