Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. vinegar to 1/4 c. skim milk)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed bananas or 2 1/2 large ones
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix moist ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened.
Do not beat.
Fold in nuts and pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
