Finger Jell-O - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 envelopes unflavored gelatin in 2 1/2 c. water
    2 c. boiling water
    2 large gelatin (flavored)
    1 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Add 1 cup water to flavored gelatin mixture, then mix both bowls together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate, then cut into squares or shapes.
    Terrific for kid's school lunches or summertime treats, because this doesn't melt fast.
