Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    4 slices white bread, cubed
    whipped cream topping or ice cream (optional)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple.
    Mix in bread cubes.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with topping, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
