Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves
    6 thin slices boiled ham, cut in half
    6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 6 sticks
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. chicken gravy base
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. white wine
    toasted sliced almonds
Preparation
    Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thick.
    Place 1 ham slice and 1 cheese stick on each chicken piece.
    Tuck in sides of each and roll up, pressing to seal well.
    Skewer or tie securely.
    Coat in flour and brown in oleo.
    Place in an 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
